Can you believe it....

It has almost been a year since the big day! April 17, 2010 was our wedding day. It was such a fun/amazing/beautiful/wonderful/pretty (and any other adjective I can think of) day! I loved everything about it. It all went so smoothly. I can not think of one thing I would change about any of it. That day was the beginning of a new and wonderful life for us. Even though we dated 7 years before we got married, it still was the start of a new beginning. Marriage it hard and something you work at, but never for one second have a doubted my decision to do it. I love Tyler with all of my heart and couldn't imagine spending my life with anyone else. Although, sometimes he wants to make me literally pull my hair out! That's okay though, that's what life is about. You have to fight to make up! ;)
Since our actual anniversary is on Sunday, will we be celebrating tomorrow night by heading to Memphis for the night. I am very excited! I plan on taking quite a few pictures so when we get back I will share some.

Just a few pics from one year ago Sunday :)

Chip's Birthday Dinner

April 6th was my brothers birthday. 31 years old! I know 31 isn't old, but it is still crazy to imagine that my brother is 31 years old. It just seems like yesterday we were kidding playing. (cliche I know...but still...its the truth). On his actual birthday Vanessa had a dinner party at their house. I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures from that night. She had everything decorated really cute. Their were orange and black balloons and at first I was thinking "Halloween??" BUT then it hit me, Harley! For anyone who knows Chip, knows he LOVES his Harley, so the theme was very fitting.
Thursday night my parents, Chip, Vanessa, Tyler and I all went to Mt. Fuji. Chip also loves sushi and that is where he picked he wanted to go. As always it was delicious. We ate at the hibachi grill area because my dad does not love sushi and wanted to eat that type food there. It is always neat to watch them. They do harass you with trying to pour Saki down your throat. I was lucky enough to not have that happen to me. And anybody who has ever been to Mt. Fuji to eat, knows that there are always about 75 (not literally) birthdays there will you eat. It. Drives. Me. Crazy. BUT, since we had an actual birthday boy with us, we had to join in on it!
