Happy Easter 2014!

What a wonderful Easter weekend we had this year.  Every holiday get more fun it seems.  We started off the festivities by going to the Tupelo Country Club for the annual Easter party.  There were all sorts of games set up, lunch, magic show then an egg hunt! Sadie and Eliza had the best time and played their little hearts out.  They weren't so excited about actually meeting the Easter bunny though.  As many times as we tried they wouldn't budge from our laps to take a picture with him.

There was an egg race set up, you know, the one where you race with an egg in a spoon and try not to drop it.  Well, since the girls are little, they let them just hold the egg and run.  Tyler and Chip held them back and coached them on what to do while Vanessa and I took pictures.  When they said "ready, set GO" those 2 little girls cut out running as fast as they would go.  It was honestly one of the funniest moments I have ever witnessed with these 2.  We were dying we were laughing so hard!
Here is what I managed to get in between laughing....

Later that day we went to Tylers parents for another egg hunt and dinner.  His uncle Ronnie and aunt Julie joined us too.  For some reason I didn't get my camera out of my truck so I don't have any pictures.  We headed home that night so we could all be snuggled in our beds for the Easter bunny to come visit!

Photo session before church!

After church we went to my parents house for lunch and more egg hunting!  We had a yummy lunch followed by some egg hunting.  It is always so fun watching these 2 girls interact and have fun together.

Circus!

Yesterday, Tyler, Sadie and I went to the greatest show on earth, the Circus! We had been talking to her all day about going to see the elephants.  The first thing she mentioned when she woke up from her nap before we went was "mama we going to see elephants?" She was PUMPED! Once we got there they still had ring side open on the floor so we went down there and watched them do some dancing and they finally brought an elephant out.  She said "wowww"  and was all eyes.
There wasn't as many animals involved acts to keep her attention as well as I had hoped.  Lots of acrobatic type stuff. But when the animals (elephants, camels, ponies, dogs) did come out she was captivated!  Its so sweet watching her reaction.  Kids can be so magical.

She loved the popcorn!
