Christmas 2010

Christmas this year was fabulous! It honestly could have not gone any better. Christmas eve morning we went to my mom's parents house and spend the morning with that side of the family. Christmas eve night we went to my dad's parents house and with his side of the family. Both were wonderful and we had so much fun spending time with family. Christmas morning we woke up to snow!!! (just like everyone else in the area!) I was sooooo excited. I had a message from my mom at 7:30am to look outside and I saw it at 8 and jumped up and looked out and started freaking out! I absolutely love the snow so this made my day. After we did our thing we went to my parents house. We made homeade pizzas and drank some wine. We had the BEST time!! I don't think we have every had more fun at our Christmas. That night we went to Tylers parents house, had dinner and opened presents. The next night we went back to Tylers parents house and had dinner and dirty Santa with his moms family-the Howells, love them! We had a lot of fun there too.
Sunday I took down all my Christmas decorations-can't bring the old in with the new! I haven't exactly cleaned up yet, but I'm getting there. I'm off all week from work :) :) so I have plenty of time to get to that. This weekend for New Years we are going to Greenwood. No big plans this year! And we are okay with that. Saturday night we are going to Gardenias in Greenwood for my birthday. This is a tradition we started a couple of years ago. The food is amazing and we always have quite a fabulous time.
Hope everyone had a very merry Christmas and has a fabulous New Years!

Christmas Decorations

I have waited to take pictures and show all my Christmas decorations until I was pretty much done decorating. I like how it all came together this year. Christmas is definitely one of my favorite times of year. I love (seriously!) going out and buying gifts for people. It brings me a lot of happiness to watch people open the gifts I have bought them. I feel that I am a good gift-giver :) Its also such a wonderful time because you get to spend it with family.
On another note- we had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had lunch at my moms with her side of the family. There were 20 of us over there this year. We seem to grow a little every year :) For dinner we went to Tyler's uncle and aunts house, the Howell's. And as always we had a great time. I love them! Its is such a blessing to get along so well and love your spouse's family. Makes things so easy!
But here are some pics of my little house's Christmas decor! :)

Just a few..

Wedding pictures that is!! These are some of my favorites so I thought I would share :)

On a different note- this weekend was great. Kory and Ben's rehearsal dinner and wedding, both, were amazing! I had an absolute wonderful time at both of them. I got to spend alllll weekend with my very best friends. I didn't take many pictures over the weekend though (Some days I just don't think I take good pictures, and this weekend was one of them!) So you won't be seeing any pictures from it.
This time next week I will be off of work for an entire week, and excitement doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about that! This year has been abnormally busy and I need a break.
I am also really getting into Christmas-everything about it! I'll post some pictures of my decorations once I get them done.
Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend-because I sure did :) love.

Hello again!

So I haven't blogged in a while- a month to be exact! We have been crazy busy with all the wedding festivities going on. It has been very exciting and exhausting all at the same time.
We finally were able to make it to a football game! Hotty Toddy! BUT- it was the Auburn game, so the score wasn't exactly the best, but thats fine! Because it is always a good time when you're in the Grove with close friends. Heres a few pics....

Next was my brothers wedding weekend! It started out rough but everything came together. So happy for them! And heres a few pics to share!

These are from the rehearsal dinner......

I did Hannah's hair, she is toooo precious.
